Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) Policy

Done with Online Dating is committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all participants, volunteers, and staff involved in the event. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual exploitation, abuse, or harassment.

Definition of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse: it refers to any unwanted or non-consensual sexual advances, inappropriate conduct, or any form of sexual activity that takes place without the explicit and voluntary consent of all parties involved. This includes but is not limited to sexual harassment, assault, verbal or physical abuse, or any other behavior that compromises the safety and well-being of individuals.

Code of Conduct: All participants, volunteers, and staff attending or working at the event are expected to adhere to a strict code of conduct. This code prohibits any form of sexual exploitation and abuse. We expect everyone to treat each other with respect, kindness, and consideration.

Reporting Mechanism: If anyone experiences or witnesses any incident of sexual exploitation or abuse during the event, we encourage them to immediately report it to event organizers or staff members. Reports can be made in person or in writing, and the identity of the individual making the report will be kept confidential to the extent possible.

Investigation and Response: Upon receiving a report of sexual exploitation or abuse, the event organizers will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation. The safety and well-being of all parties involved will be a top priority during this process. If an investigation confirms the occurrence of sexual exploitation or abuse, appropriate action will be taken, which may include, but is not limited to, removal from the event and reporting the incident to the relevant authorities.

Non-Retaliation: No individual who reports an incident of sexual exploitation or abuse in good faith will face retaliation or negative consequences as a result of making the report.

By attending or participating in our events, you agree to abide by this Sexual Exploitation and Abuse Policy and to be removed from the event in case of inappropriate behaviour. Together, we can create a respectful and safe event experience for everyone involved.
